Orders and Shipping

Replacement & Refund
SeedPlex does not accept plant returns, because unhealthy plants will die due to the stress of two-way movement. However, we guarantee that all plants will be delivered to you in good condition. Keep in mind that the plants may look a little dull due to transit stress. Exposure to the sun and proper watering will restore the plants to their natural health.
If you receive an incorrect product, you will be required to submit the photo of the plant and the details on our Integrated Support Ticketing System (Above) or send an email with photo of the damaged plant to [email protected] within 24 hrs after receiving the order, and we will replace your product or refund your money within 7 business days.
