Shipping charge is 49/-. Free shipping all over India on above 499/-.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All the orders will be dispatched within 4-6 working days. Most of the orders are delivered within 4-5 working days from the date of shipping. All orders will be dispatched at the beginning of the week. These may be subject to change in special circumstances, such as public holidays, festive seasons and in case of high orders.
CAN YOU RETURN PLANTS?
Seedplex does not accept plant returns, because unhealthy plants will die due to the stress of two-way movement. However, we guarantee that all plants will be delivered to you in good condition. Keep in mind that the plants may look a little dull due to transit stress. Exposure to the sun and proper watering will restore the plants to their natural health.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please submit a request to [email protected] from the registered email address with details. It is not possible to change shipping address once an order has been shipped.
WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
It depends on the quantity of the product you have ordered.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect product, you will be required to submit the photo of the plant and the details to [email protected] within 24 hrs after receiving the order, and we will replace your product or refund your money within 7 business days.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
If you receive an damaged product, you will be required to submit the photo of the damaged plant and the details to [email protected] within 24 hrs after receiving the order, and we will replace your product or refund your money within 7 business days. SeedPlex will not be responsible for the damage of plants due to door closing at the time of delivery or change in postal address registered and no such claims shall not be accepted thereof. Please ensure your address mentioned for delivery is correct for speed and secure delivery.
