Orders and Shipping

All orders are typically dispatched within 4-6 working days. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 4-5 working days.

💡 Note: Orders are dispatched at the beginning of the week to ensure timely delivery. elivery times may be longer during public holidays, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume.

If you’d like to change the shipping address for your order, please submit a request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Be sure to include your order details (order number, old shipping address, and new address) in the email.

📦 Important:

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address. So, please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

You can easily track the status of your order by visiting My Account and navigating to the Orders section.

  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Click on Orders to view the status of your current and past orders.

At this time, we only serve customers within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

It depends on the quantity and type of products you’ve ordered. If you’ve purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.

Replacement & Refund

At SeedPlex, we do not accept returns for plants, as they can suffer from stress during the two-way transit, which can negatively impact their health. However, we guarantee that all plants will be delivered to you in good condition.

  • Plants may appear slightly dull or stressed upon arrival due to the rigors of shipping.
  • With proper care, such as exposure to sunlight and regular watering, your plants will bounce back to their natural health and vibrancy.

If you encounter any issues with your order or receive a damaged plant, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We’re sorry if you received an incorrect product! Here’s what you can do:

  1. Take an unboxing video of the plant or product you received.
  2. Email the details (including your order number) along with the unboxing video to [email protected] from your registered email address.
  3. Submit your request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Once we receive your email, we will either replace the incorrect product or issue a refund within 7 business days.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make sure to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We apologize if your order arrived damaged. To help us process your claim quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an unboxing video showing the condition of the damaged plant.
  2. Email the video and details (including your order number) to [email protected] from your registered email address.
  3. Submit your request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Once we receive your email, we will replace the damaged product or issue a refund within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • SeedPlex is not responsible for damage caused by door closing at the time of delivery or changes to the registered postal address. No claims will be accepted in such cases.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid any issues with delivery and to ensure your order arrives safely.
